What is a French Face Lift?

What is a French Face Lift?

Due to many factors such as aging, stress, frequent mimics, genetics, sagging, deep lines and wrinkles, droopy eyelids, tissue loss and asymmetry disorder may occur on our face. For these reasons, we may need aesthetics. One of the first procedures that comes to our minds when we say aesthetics is the “French Face Lift”. This procedure, which has been successfully applied especially in recent years, is preferred by both women and men.

The French face sling takes its name from the fact that it was started to be applied in France. It is the process of applying ropes made of polyester inside and silicone outside to the skin. Using these threads, the face is stretched upwards and can remove all aesthetic defects on the face. The biggest advantage that distinguishes the French face hanger from other aesthetic procedures we know is that it is undoubtedly a procedure that does not require surgery. Since there is no stitch mark, there is no scar or a very obvious bruise. In addition, the fact that it is a procedure that can instantly adapt with mimics is one of the biggest reasons for preference. Therefore, it is a comfortable procedure that is not really obvious from the outside and the patient can continue his/her social life on the same day.

Who is the French Face Strap Suitable for?

Sagging and wrinkles on the face usually start after the age of 30. Therefore, aesthetic procedures may be needed more from this age. French face sling is a procedure that can be applied from the age of 30. It can be applied to both women and men. Since it is a face lifting procedure, it is a procedure that can be applied only to people with low eyelids. It is also frequently preferred by people with symmetry disorder or partial paralysis in one part of the face. The fact that it is a non-surgical procedure that can be applied in a short time under local anaesthesia is also suitable for people who do not want to have surgery or who cannot have the procedure performed under general anaesthesia.

Since the threads used in the French face sling are permanent, the procedure can be repeated by stretching the same threads repeatedly if desired. Therefore, the facelift procedure is renewed. Since the threads are permanent, the permanence of the procedure does not mean that it is of course eternal. We can say that it lasts for an average of 5 years. However, as in every aesthetic procedure, the permanence in this procedure may vary according to the lifestyle of the person. For example, in people who smoke and drink alcohol, the permanence of the face sling may be shorter.

The application time of the procedure is also very short. Patients can return to their work and social life after approximately half an hour. With the painkillers given by your doctor after the procedure, the process can be easily passed with minimal pain.
